Andrea has performed her original comic songs and her unique brand of Stand-Up Comedy Cabaret on the stages of New York City, developing a large and loyal following. She has appeared at Carolines on Broadway, Gotham Comedy Club, Comedy Cellar, and Don't Tell Mama as well as many other venues. Her Hawaii credits include leading roles in various films, commercials, musical improv and musical comedy productions. One of her most notable performances was as Mrs. Santa Claus in Magic of The Season. She even had elves!
Here in the Washington, DC area Andrea entertained Metro riders with Music on the Metro. And on a late night whim she entered a Washington Post Pet Song contest and was chosen as a finalist! One night when you're bored, Google "Washington Post Pet Songs" to hear her heart-warming song about her cat Sami as well as the other contestants' creative pet serenades.
Andrea has been working with seniors for several years now. First she orchestrated their downsizing and moving process to ease transitions to senior living apartments. Next she joined a premier senior living company, touting the benefits of community life as well as creating and leading stimulating activities for memory-challenged residents. And now Andrea is combining her performing talents with her positive energy to engage, enliven, and entertain seniors everywhere as Seniorita Sunshine!
